Our carpentry was established in order to provide our clients with high-quality responses and to adapt to all the items we import to each client. Today, our premium carpentry provides an entire variety of solutions and specializes in wood, metal, and glass, and each professional is an artist specializing in all the following departments:
Production department – customizing each item at the highest finish level.
CNC department – specializing in the manufacturing of special molds and patterns using a worldwide advanced CNC machine.
Paint department – including 2 advanced painting rooms specializing in all types of paintings.
Assemblage and logistics department – responsible for assembling every component in the factory and ensuring the perfection of its finish level, transporting the items to the project site, and assembling them in the most professional manner.
In collaboration with the best professionals in the country, innovative machinery, and full attention of the staff members, each item will be no less than perfectly manufactured.
PROJECT PLANNING
The carpentry items, the furniture, and the design elements are manufactured according to the planning of the project architect and in close collaboration with the company staff. Each drawing received at the factory is thoroughly examined by the experienced company staff down to every little detail in order to make sure that
the measurements, materials, and the design, as well as functional characteristics, work in accordance and harmony with the rest of the project components. The architectural planning is translated into a detailed and precise manufacturing plan which takes into account every little detail to ensure the precision of the manufacturing process, the installation site-on, and avoidance of future failures.
PROJECT EXECUTION
Once the manufacturing plan is confirmed by the responsible architect, the execution plans are transferred for production at the factory. Prior to the assemblage works on-site, high-quality assurance is carried out in
the factory and only after verifying the product is perfect for installation, it is transported to the site and installed under the supervision of the Studeco work manager.
